What's the setup like? What kind of coil, what ohms, what kind of wicking. what battery/mod are you using. From your description of "all of a sudden" I surmise that it used to work fine... Ohms tend to go up when the coil shorts; the fact that it comes back down on it's own implies a "temporary"short (something happening once the atty is hot but not before)

A 'short' will decrease the resistance.
A loose or 'dirty' connection will cause an increase in resistance.
I agree with iamthevoice, that you have not provided much info.
My suggestion would be to begin by totally disassembling your kayfun, clean each and every part, replace the coil and wick, re assembel ensuring that all electrical connections are tight. Next clean the 510 connector on your battery (PV).

I had exactly the same issue with mine a couple of weeks ago. I went through several coils and changed wicking numerous times. After some research and Google searches I did what the previous posters suggest. I tore it down completely and cleaned everything with some soap and warm water. I left it to dry overnight and built a new coil the next day and haven't had a problem since. I think things just get a little gunked up after a while and a good cleaning is in order to get rid of the buildup. Give it a try and see how it works out. Good luck!
