I'm looking into stepping into kayfun land after using evods and protanks on my MVP. I found a great deal on slightly used original + clone kayfun Lite. I know everybody recommends plus because of the airflow control but is lite still a great rba? I don't mind my tighter draw from my evods on mvp and an airy draw from my mini pt2. I just get used to it and I do more mouth to lungs anyways. Does KFL have any other disadvantages to plus or 3.1 other than airflow control?
I'm really curious about kayfuns in general and how they offer more flavor.

Kayfun lite- no afc

KFL + air control

KF 3.1 air control

Thanks! That actually saved me from being ripped off. Was looking at grabbing a Kayfun Lite Clone from a random website, but the description says that it has the air control, which leads me to believe that it's not just a clone, but possibly a very bad clone. I'm brand new to RBA/RDA/RBT Land, so thanks!

I got a Kayfun 3.1 clone (Hcigar), and I like it. It's my first rebuildable, and it pretty much does whatever you could possibly need it to do. The only issue I have with it is that it gets a little flooded when I refill it, but I think that has more to do with my level of expertise than the product. Now that I have it figured out, it works like a charm. I currently have it paired with a Vamo v5, and it's not a bad vape. So the lite would probably follow suit, I would imagine.

expect a learning curve to the Kayfun regardless of how easy people say it is. What I mean is, expect some leakage until you fine-tune your assembly process. Maybe you wont have issues like I did, but at least if you expect the worse, you will always be more pleasantly surprised :p If you have leakage issues using the clear tank, switch to the stainless steel tank for a while. It helped with me anyway.

Why did it leak with the clear tank and not with stainless?

Speaking of leaking, I had a funny mishap yesterday. I received my new KFL+ 2 days ago. I think it looks better with the all steel build (no window). After vaping on it for a while I started wondering how I was supposed to check the juice level. After a little thought I put my finger over the air intake hole and started unscrewing the top cap. Apparently I had not screwed the chimney on tighter than the rubber gasket at the top of the chimney was griping it. Off came the top cap with the chimney attached. This kind of surprised me and I moved my finger off the air hole. Juice coming out of more holes than I even knew it had! Very large mess down my mod, hands, desk, and papers I was working on.
Just snug your chimney down pretty firm.
