Speaking of leaking, I had a funny mishap yesterday. I received my new KFL+ 2 days ago. I think it looks better with the all steel build (no window). After vaping on it for a while I started wondering how I was supposed to check the juice level. After a little thought I put my finger over the air intake hole and started unscrewing the top cap. Apparently I had not screwed the chimney on tighter than the rubber gasket at the top of the chimney was griping it. Off came the top cap with the chimney attached. This kind of surprised me and I moved my finger off the air hole. Juice coming out of more holes than I even knew it had! Very large mess down my mod, hands, desk, and papers I was working on.
Just snug your chimney down pretty firm.

Oops!

For future reference, a toothpick in the fill hole makes a good dipstick.

Lol. The chamber is under a small vacuum and the chimney gasket sticks in the mouthpiece. Just go until flavor or smoke production goes off. There will still be a little juice left in there. I made a mess when I unscrewed the typo the first time.

Why did it leak with the clear tank and not with stainless?

Im not sure.. Someone had recommended I just try using the steel tank for a while since I was having issues. Maybe it was coincidence but it seemed to do the trick for me. One possible reason might be that the plastic tank has more flex in it, making it trickier for a noob to get a complete tight seal. I use the clear tank now with no issues, but one thing I have done different is I tighten the clear tank until the black O-rings on both ends of the tank disappear into the threadings. With my evod and T3S tanks, I had to be careful about over tightening around O-rings and messing up the shape of the ring, causing leaks.... with the kayfun clear tank, I just tightened all the way down and it seems to be ok.
