Have 3 EHPros, two are the V2 with dual air intake.

Have 1 Tobeco and one clone svoemesto v1.

All but the Tobeco are great. The Tobeco vapes fine, but has random leak problems after a refill, even after changing out all o-rings.

For me, all 3 EH versions and the SV clone work more reliably than the Tobeco.

I recently purchased a Tobeco KFL+ V2 by accident.....was at a local vape meet and thought I was buying an EHPro. It was my mistake, not the vendor's.

I was pleasantly surprised. It's a well machined piece and came in the same style box as the EHpro with all the same goodies, including the full clear tank. Tobeco has upped their game recently.

There are more differences in the Kayfun lite plus and the full 3.1 than just the length.

The 3.1 has a reservoir inside the bottom of the tank which, when top filling, helps prevent leaking during filling. The 3.1's are by far easier to top fill without leaking.

The quality of vape is different also. The 3.1 has a slightly more airy vape, the Lite a tighter fuller one. The 3.1 has holes on the sides of the channels that distributes air differently. the air screw on the 3.1 therefore, works differently to provide quality vape. I dont like to run the air control wide open on the 3.1, the vape is just too airy. on the kayfun lite I will run it wide open.

There are three different kinds of kayfun lites:
1)1st orginal kayfun lite, which has no air control adjustment screw. <<< I believe.
2) Kayfun lite plus which has side air adjustment control screw.
3) V2 Kayfun lite plus which has bottom tank air adjustment control screw, and a different top cap configuration.

Bleeding hearts aside, if you want a Kayfun lite, pick number 2.

Definitely good info, but why #2 as opposed to the V2? It looks like they just upgraded and made bigger airflow and all that so what are the cons to the V2 when compared to the regular plus?

I believe as far as lite versions go:

Lite - standard KFL, no air adjustment, tall rounded drip tip
Lite+ - Standard KFL with bottom air adjustment, tall rounded drip tip
Lite+ V2 same as Lite+ but with deeper hole for fill screw, new stepped shorter drip tip, and a few minor changes to the top cap (a more secure well for the cap/chimney o-ring)

The Russian is kind of a combo of the KFL and the 3.1 as it's basically a KFL but with the side adjusted airflow of the 3.1 (I think this is the #2 sky is referring to) but it's not a Svoemesto product.

Rumor has it SvoeMesto is coming out with another kayfun soon, who knows what features it will have! (I wanna know!)

Some of the clones aren't exact copies and instead mix and match features or introduce new features of their own, but that's just a model by model thing not really different versions.

Ok wait so is the Fogger V4 clone better than a kayfun?

The ones I've handled personally were pretty junky. Honestly, right now, if you want a dual coil Kayfun style, get an Orchid, if you want a single coil, get the Eleaf Lemo. If you want single coil but HAVE to have a nano kit, or enjoy very tight draws, go with the Kayfun Lite Plus v2.
No reason to go anywhere near a Fogger.

You can, they just aren't designed for it. It's a pretty advanced build done using only two posts in very limited space, and most of them don't have enough airflow to make it worth while.

Ugh that's a tragedy I hadn't even considered

They get such great performance out of a single coil that honestly, unless you drip on an RDA constantly, there shouldn't be a complaint. If you do use an RDA and you are looking for a tank to replicate that you're better off looking at the Pontus or the Big Dripper, or even a Reo.

I got my tobeco kayfun from a FB buy and its been 3 days now, 4 coils later and it vapes great. I watched a half dozen videos on what to do with it and so far no leaks, nor problems of any sort. I'm very surprised on how nice a vape this clone produces compared to the protanks I've been vaping off the last many moons and my next investment is most definitely a authentic kayfun.
