Kayfun Stuck on Mod :(

My kayfun 3.1 is stuck on my Vanilla mod!

Help!

Anyone ever dealt with this? Maybe you dont have my specific mod or my specific atomizer, but I'm looking for ways to remove this kayfun from my vanilla! I've tried everything short of taking pliers to it, which I'm very scared of doing...

It is LOCKED! on there.... I dont know if I accidentally screwed it on incorrectly and messed up the threading, but the device is flush on the device, it's not crooked...

Open to any suggestions/video links/pictures/first hand experience...

my ithika got stuck on ym hammer once. had to stick one end in a vice, and carefully use pliers to twist the other off.

its always important to do a soft seat, especially on mech mods.

try locking one end in a vice and by hand try unscrewing it. just dotn damage anything and good luck ^^

I had to use pliers on mine. Don't let the pliers slip if you try this.

Yep,
First get a pair of Gloves with Rubber palms
Walmart - Frosty Grip work Great
Next remove Vanilla Top Cap
Back off Center Pin
Grip Top Cap in one hand and Kayfun in the other Hand and unscrew.

Sounds to simple? Trust me, it works. I have to use these a couple of times a week and they never fail me.
Stuck Toppers, Ithaka Tank assemblies, Stuck Tubes - no problem and no damage.

I use the hex key and stick it in the airflow control and twist. Someone in the New Member's side use a rubber band.

Tried this, cut my hands through the gloves on the threading of the vanilla... you caused me bodily harm!!! lol...seriously though, it tore through the gloves and now my hands are bleeding.

Next is vice grip and pliers... top cap is removed, center pin is removed...

i can see getting wayyy more leverage this way.

This happened to me before and i had to use pliers and scratched both kayfun and mod
Tried freezing it and rubber gloves with no luck.
Good luck!

I keep a couple of small pieces of rubber mesh style drawer liner around for opening jars. Turns out it works on my kayfun clone as well.
