Ok so I can tell that its the airflow screw that is keeping me from unscrewing this off my mod. It will move just a tiny bit and the it hits something hard and won't move anymore. I have tried to get a piece of paper under the kayfun but nothing will fit.

Any suggestions on how I can get this thing off?
Thanks!

Had this happen more than once. I finally just took out the darn screws from the KFL clones.

But, to get it free I basically shook the mod for what seemed hours, with moments of trying to pry it off with very small flat screwdriver. Unscrew the KFL as much as possible, shake in a circular pattern and that lose screw will eventually back itself in enough. It's very frustrating, I know. I ended up scraping the chrome right off that istick 20W and most likely messed up the threads.

Patience and some dexterity pays off.

I second Andria's recommendation. I routinely use pliers for unscrewing my stuck tanks and atomizer bases.

I also have to use them to loosen the top cap of my new Achilles... it's about 1/4 inch tall, not big enough to get a grip on. But thankfully I think the titanium can resist scratches better than the steel of my kayfuns. They seem to make these things for the 1/4-sized people for whom cellphones are made. Those of us with normal-sized digits would be grateful for user interfaces with our gadgets that took our normal size into account.

I've had my Kayfun lite + for about a year and a half and I noticed air flow screw was backing out before it became a problem on the first day of use; so I put some Teflon tape around the screw and haven't had a problem since.
I like a little tighter draw than full open so removing the screw wasn't an option for me.

Well I have given up for now. At least this gives me a reason to the Coolfire 4 I have been eyeing! LOL

The Kayfun is known to have this issue with the airflow screw backing out. It states this on a bunch of websites warning people to use Teflon tape so it can't back it's way out on a mod.
