I'm using Kayfun V4 on V/W - V/V MVP-3 itaste I was leaning towards cloud chasing tell i got my kayfun.
Its so tasty! warm delicious! @ 0.8 Ohms 24 gauge kanthal. Ive tried 30,28,26 gauge twisted all that and 24 seem perfect to me i like my vapor warm and thick. Although i did bore out my air flow pin for easy mouth to lung or lung hits. and to keep the tank cooler at lower Ohms. havent had problem yet.
I do have a few gripes, for one the tank gets stuck on my MVP, the juice control can be a pain if your forgetfull, and Ohms jump around alot if its not on perfect. Over all I really love it!

The v4, i think is the best kayfun yet, never get a dry hit even on extended pulls or chain vaping.

Fyi the original designer said the extra screws were to accommodate any build style, not for dual coils but it can be set up that way.

Run mine on a mech at .9 and it runs awesome

Changing springs or doing the positive post mod makes them even more reliable.

I have 2 Kayfun v2 clones and both had the spring problem. (ohms jumping all over the place) I took my dremel tool with a little grinding bit and just took of a small area on both the bottom and top of the spring and they now work perfectly. The Center Pin Mod looks cool, but I just didn't want to lock in my air flow. I like being able to adjust my air flow for different builds. The only thing I've noticed about the Kayfun v4 vers Kayfun v1 or v2 or Russian 91% v2 is the amount of juice I use with the Kayfun v4. I would have to say that the Kayfun v4 uses almost twice a much juice vers the others. So far, the best clone I've found is manufactured by Infinite. Though, that is just my opinion.

There are usually 2 things that can cause a dry hit. 1. The juice holes that allow juice to move up to the coil has some metal shavings in there. You need to check and make sure they are completely free of metal shavings and are not obstructed. 2. The wicking is either bad or crushed. If you use organic cotton, it needs to be fluffy and not compressed. If you are using anything else, try using organic cotton. (Also make sure your juice flow control is open all the way.) Hope this helps.
