I was just looking at one in the store after reading so much about them here. Its not for me, I didn't like it much. Seems like a pain and looks kinda gross was what I thought when the guy in the store was showing me his. But I can see why guys who like to make their own coils would like it. But there sure is a lot of people who really like them.
The 3.1 is the full size. The lite plus is the newest version. There are many clones. The quality of machining varies and the features also vary. I have an ehpro kayfun 3.1 and love it. Quality metal work and a combination of features I haven't seen on any other example.
KFL+ v2 is the latest one. I have an EHPro KFL+ v1 and it's great. I also have a 3.1 clone from FT that isn't too bad but I prefer the KFL+ version. I have a v2 by Infinite coming soon. I heard the Infinite version is supposed to be better than the EHPro so I ordered one to try out (and get a v2).

My EHPro KFL+ is awesome. They made minor improvements on the v2.
Dual air holes to lessen the whistle sound and more airflow. (I've seen some versions of the v2 with 2 adjustable screws on the bottom)
A new drip tip design with a bigger hole and dual o-rings.
The top cap is slightly different with a captured o-ring for the chimney (though EHPro has this design on their v1).
The fill port is a bit more recessed to allow better seal when using plastic tip bottles to fill (again, EHPro already has this).
Juice channels a slightly bigger.
Aren't the new versions in the works? I saw Phils video on the new Russian.

Vulcano - If you need/want one now, you can't go wrong with the KFL+ v2. Everyone seems to recommend the Infinite clone which is why I ordered one even though I'm impressed with the quality of the EHPro v1 that I have. I'm not sure if you're buying an authentic or clone but if you want a clone, the newest version probably won't be cloned until after the authentic is released so it might be more of a wait.
I think I will got with the KFL + V2, love the KFL but if I will spend money at least let's get an upgrade...hehehe

I looked at those. Too big but the Lemo Drop might be worth getting.
I actually made a coil on my Kayfun the other day for the first time in like 8 months. I took about 6 puffs and I haven't picked it up since.
