Yes, Kona Coffee Milkshake. I have it sitting here in front of me. So I'm puffing away and notice my carto looks a little dry. No problem, just add a few drops. Problem is, I had the amaretto in the carto. But it isn't enough to even touch the KCM and damn this stuff is still good. I had put it behind the speaker so I would not make this mistake again. I must have looked at it last night and moved it back out. But anyway. . . .yum. :)

That's what I'm vaping right now... KCM and Bella Amaretto together. I love the combo. :vapor:

KCM turned out to not be a favourite of mine but it does work really well mixed.
I do love the Kona Velvet Milkshake...(after it's had time to bloom)....nothing else can compare.

DesertHog...IMO the Konas really do need steep time. Cap off for a day or so!
What else did you get?

I have the CKM steeping...I have to say of all the samples (16 & I am numb now) I LOVED the Bella Amaretto the best, Black Cherry Marshmellow & Butter Cream mint are both close seconds. I placed a quick order to get us through their holiday vacation... I wanted to try the other Kona (velvet ?) and a couple others but the samples page is closed :( I'll try again after they get back.

LouP...wow that's a big question....what didn't I get?

I am kinda at a loss as to how to taste the samples best....I dripped on my atomizer & if it thrilled me I put it in a Boge cartomizer...I have issues loading those still....either dry hit (nasty) or too much (straight throat shot).

I am thrilled to have found the quality juice, a great tobacco flavor & 3-4 absolute yummies so far to break from said tobacco flavor :)

Kittypie....I remembered you saying that while I struggled taste testing last night (we talked in another post)....
Woman...I am already buying enough gadgets (smoking was so much easier) & I can't imagine selecting condoms at the drug store...that would be an entirely new stressor for me LOLOLOLOLOL....

Jeez...I need to just decide "equipment" & I am really in a taste bud funk too...10 months...need something "mawvelous" to get me off the tobacco flavors.

I'll never go back to dripping since the clearo's came out...but my juice (at the time) killed them in just a few days (hubby loves them).

I tried carto's a long time ago...found the hits harsh & dry. A few folks here recomended Boges.

The Boges seem better then the huge monsters that I had but I seem to have issues filling or even knowing how much.

I love the rebuildable Visions Clearo (V3? or CE something?...not sure..local vendor sells knock offs & calls them V3's..something they are probably not after searching for them elsewhere) I have bought out every wick they had in stock as they will no longer carry them. i have a stash but sooner or later...

I don't mind the mini ViVi but I have 8-10 of the V3 so I can clean, dry, change wicks & have multiple flavors going at once. Not sure that i want to build that same collection in ViVi's ($$$$) ....ultimately I will have to I think. I seem to enjoy the flavor, hit & vape way more then a in a carto.

Thanks for checking...it's purely me....in a frustration funk

DesertHogRider, I was using Vision Ego's and got frustrated with them not lasting long enough, and leaking. I went ahead and bought two mini ViVis, and I'm so happy! It seems to be easier to change the flavors in these (easier to clean), so I don't feel like I need a separate clearo for each flavor... They never leak...

I have some leftover clearomizers that I have on hand but I've only used them a couple times since I got the Vivis... It seems to me that these $12 mini Vivis will last much longer than even 2 of the others (at what $5-6 each). So in the long run I think the ViVi Novas are worth the investment. Plus you can get all the replacement parts you need from Annette.

Also - you can experiment with which resistance you like best, and just get those heads.

Understand the frustration - but hang in there... I've tried a ton of flavors and I'm down to about 5 that I really, really like. And i rotate them so I don't get too tired of them.

Yes...that is what i liked about my rebuildable v3 collection...clean, new wick & then use again.

As I said I have so many & a good stash of wicks but sooner or later i'll have to go vivi nova since I can't find them anymore....(I'm not entering credit card from china vendors)...I paid 6.50 so replacing them all with the 8.99 vivi is not so much the deal as being forced into constant upgrades...kinda like video game systems for the kids...there 's always something better...impossible to keep up. It has changed so much just this year!

lol .... it's ok. :)

I am not a fan of the condom fill method, but you described it accurately.

My preferred method is dripping from the top, and then you cap the threaded end with condom and take another condom with a piece of yard threaded through it and give it a good spin, using centrifical force to get the juice down to the bottom. Drip another several drops until the polyfil is saturated and spin again, top off with a few more drips.

I drip fill my cartos as well. With the smoktechs that VV now carries, they hold almost exactly 60 drops from the dropper in the 1oz sized bottles, each and every time. I do it almost exactly as redhen does it, except, I spin it in between my hands if I need to as if you are trying to warm your hands. Most of them don't need to be spun tho. Every once in awhile I will get one that will have a dry spot that is hard to quench. You can either use a syringe for these areas, or just break the air trap with a needle. If I was using metal cased cartos and couldn't (I use the clear) see that the filler was completely saturated, I would poke a needle around the edges in a few places to make sure it was. Using the clear cartos will teach you what to expect from cartos for actually seeing how they work.

I put in 20 drops around the top and wait 2-3 minutes and repeat twice more. If I notice all the filler is wetted out, I know it's going to hit right first time out.

I would not trade Bella Amaretto for analogs. Every time I smell someone else's cig smoke, even during times of nicotine withdrawal, I still wouldn't. I am not sure I would even know how to approach an analog by now.

TamJeff...thank you. I just re-read your post in a thread that I had started awhile back too. The clear would be a great idea until I get used to it I think. I bought stainless this time

Thanks for the video link RedHen...I will go watch that. I appreciate your posting it a bunch!

Thanks for the chuckle & the big girl face rebound LouP :)
