I was reading in the laws section today and also found some articles on the recent WIN for vapers in the courtroom, and also the fact that WALMART sells PVs... and I thought, This might be a good time for someone to write up a nice petition to PayPal siting some of this newer info and ask them to allow PP transactions for vaping items... Or if nothing else hardware, as it's NOT even under their guidlines of unnacceptable anyway...

I'm with you, slowly sub cult groups make their way into mainstream. The Homosexuals did it in the 80's and 90's to a point were most people my age ask what was the problem. So did the Irish in the 1930's ect... We are making our way there. Once people realize that there is no real fear they just execpt it. I'm not a fan of Wal-mart but what a platform. If Wal-mart sells it why won't you support it? Seems Vaild.
