Keeping a DIY journal...

I decided to keep a log of my homebrewing experiences to keep track of my mistakes and successes.

Does anyone else do this?

Every good alchemist needs their grimoire... hehehe
In my limited mixing I have just wrote on the bottle with a permanent marker but I know if I really get into it I need a folder for it like I use for cosmetics.

I do. Well more like post it notes slapped all over the place-- a journal would be a lot more tidy I'm sure... might take the edge off of the mad chemist image I've been cultivating since discovering DIY though.

By journal you mean post-its stuck all over the place? Then yes. I have something like Top Gears Cool Wall rankings---->Indescribably Vile, Kinda Sucks, Tolerable/Needs Work, Sweet Buttery Moses That's Good.

I keep notes in a small spiral bound notebook.
It's essential for replicating the good stuff and helpful for -not- repeating the bad stuff.
