Keeping Flavor Inventory

I can't count the times I've made a flavor order and then realize I was out or almost out of a flavor(s) I needed. I just placed an order with TFA/TPA and went to make two 30ml bottles of juice that calls for "sweet cream" only to discover that I had only about 2 mls left.

I only use 4-5 flavors from TPA and order them in bulk sizes, so the order I made ( 4 OZ bottles ) will last me quite a while. Now I have to turn around and order 1 dang flavor....arrggg....

Today will be spent taking inventory!!!

I have my inventory in Excel but I get lazy and forget that I use flavors and don't subtract what's remaining.
