Not only does Ken make some of the most innovative and best-built box mods out there, his customer service is second to none! I've purchased multiple mods from Ken over the months for both myself and my wife and I've been extremely happy with all of them. When the rare problem arises and something needs repair he always goes above and beyond what I expected. If you're a fan of the box or just been curious about trying one, I HIGHLY recommend him!
