Not only does he have a really great line of products he REALLY backs them up with his excellent service.
Several weeks ago I purchased a Lil' Sister. First it is the bomb, I have several mods and love this one most.
So, it broke, I tried to repair it myself and think I just screwed it up more. Giving up I returned it to Ken. Now what would damn near all the vendors you have ever met do?
Well Ken fixed it for FREE and even refused to let me pay return postage.

I have a Big Brother and just ordered a refurbished Little Sister today. I think the LS was having some switch issues but not sure. Anyhow, I love the VV Big Brother. Can't wait for the VV Little Sister. He does have excellent service. The BB was my first mod. I asked several questions and always got a very very quick reply. Thanks Ken.
