I thought I was having a problem with a couple batteries I purchased from Ken. I emailed him with my concern, he answered me immediately and resolved my problem. It was operator error! Imagine that ~ lol
But he did not stop there. About a week after he resolved my questions, he send me another email. He wanted to know how those batteries were working and if I had any more question.
