You can buy them in the accessory section of any Apple store. Not sure if there are Apple stores in Canda but i would assume so.

They cost 30 bucks more there. Apple's prices border on the criminal for all their stuff. I like a lot of apple products but man, they really bone ya up the ... for the privilege of owning them.

Does it last long enough to charge a battery completely? Or are they using it for pass throughs?

I think that for the most part, they are being used with passthroughs...lots of "ooomph" for the atoms...better vapor...and lasts alot longer since they are rated at 1800mAh 8-o So even for a chronic, continual user, a person should get an all-day affair with it before it needs charging.

The Kensington is GREAT. Check out what I did with mine:

It lasts me about 4 days until it needs a charge, and it gives out thick consistent vapor to the very last bit of battery power.

 I went to the mailbox today...saw a CanadaPost slip in there! :w00t: Race down to the post office only to discover that it was some crap that my parents sent for my birthday  I really really hoped it was my Kensington pack or my SLB order or my passthroughs and juice from Tim.

I felt like a small kid at a DQ that has no more ice-cream.:(

Fair enough. I'm not a huge fan either, but lately they've been good to me. They are actually made and sold in the US by a real battery manufacturer, just re-branded for Canadian Tire by the Noma name. If you don't trust me, get the cheap one (holds 4 AA batteries), get a set of the energizer 2800mAh Batteries for it.... you get an entire day of vaping on a charge without problems.
