kepler heatsink Not working properly

Hi guys hope all is well! So I recently purchased two Kepler heat sinks for my cuboid. At first it was working well. Now when I switch tanks I have to keep adjusting the top pin and with my Griffin it's not reading the coil anymore. But if I take the heat sink off my mod reads my coil no problem. Also sometimes the heat sink will throw off the reading of my coils!? Any tips? Thanks have a good night

The heat sinks don't work for me too. The connections look wonky, getting very off readings on my mod

Mine's been useless as well. Nothing but errors when trying to use it. I don't really care, cause I got it and a pair of ceramic tipped tweezers for $5 shipped. It would be nice if it worked properly, though.
