So, I have my eye on making the $99 plunge. I'm worried about the ejuice I normally use eating the plastic tank. Cinnamon not a friend of plastic, of that we can all agree. I haven't used anything but glass for quite sometime, for any ejuice flavor I fancy. Having said that, I see that the KFL+ also has the stnls tank to use instead if the plastic, so maybe that's my solution. I don't use 100% cinnamon just need or want a small % of my ejuice to have it (it's kept me smoke free for nearly a year, what can I say, I just need it) I can even reduce the cinnamon concentration down some if need be. I just wish it came in glass :(

But, if I should I want to use the plastic tank, is it possible to just reduce the cinnamon concentration and not reek havoc on the tank? If using only the stnls tank, is there an odd taste?

thanks for any suggestions.

There's no odd taste from the stainless steel tank , and as already mentioned quartz tanks are available , you can always buy a good clone and the quartz tank both for under $99 , try it and get a genuine later , because believe me you're gonna want more than one . :)

My ADV is a major tank cracker. I have two of these and they work very well (on an authentic Svoe and a clone). This is not the vendor I bought mine from, but they are the same Rainbow Heaven nano kits.

If you're really concerned, for about $22 look for the Kayfun Quartz tank on eBay. It uses quartz glass so no worries with tank cracking ejuice.

The juice may not crack the tank, but the tanks are so fragile that virtually anything else will break it at some point.

The glass kits are a good idea in theory, but the implementation leaves much to be desired.

When you say the implementation of, could you elaborate? Cuz the glass quartz seems like it will solve my delima.

This may just be the best idea. Not out too much money before knowing I really like it then buy genuine later.

This is my clone of choice , Hcigar has a solid reputation and mine are perfect , the price includes shipping and they ship very quickly , I've been really impressed with their service .

People that worry over glass tanks usually have good reason. That does not fit everyone.

People have been using Kanger glass protanks for well over a year. A few have broken a tank. Even fewer have repeated this situation. Many purchase additional tanks. More for the color availability than as a backup or replacement.
IBTanked Glass Carto tanks are all the rage with the Carto crowd.

Just a few things to think about.:)

The glass is extremely fragile. I broke a kit the very first time I put it back together. It couldn't take even a bit of pressure. The Rainbow Heaven is such that you can't use the fill port on a KFL+. The I-rings have been known to be too loose such that people have pulled the tank apart simply by picking it up.

Until we can get threaded glass it seems that there will be major problems to overcome. They look sharp, but practically speaking, current designs don't seem to overcome them.
