Got shipping notifications from the three places I ordered from though.. really hoping at least my new cartos come by tomorrow or I'll be in trouble.. seriously low on carto inventory. Wanted to say Happy Friday everyone.. my favorite day of the week!!! work tonight and done for two and a half days... ahhhhh! I was at work last night thinking to myself,, y'know, I really get paid pretty well to sit here and read my Kindle, check my email, troll the forums... do a little work here and there but for the most part I have a cake job! It's where I do most of my shopping My co-workers just laugh at me.. hey wait, hubby laughs at me, friends laugh at me, co-workers laugh at me... what the hell is so funny??? Thanks for the link to the contest - I'm going to have to check out their juices! IronMonkey (the BF), will probably blow a gasket if I order more - this morning I told him that more juice was coming & that I'd be set for a few months - he doesn't need to know exactly how many months, right?

Yeah, it's pretty cushy most of the time. It has his moments though... I work in a hospital lab,, seen some awful stuff in the ER. And I do autopsy's too... today being Friday, I'm hoping it's a good one. Friday's are ALWAYS either really really good, or really really bad.. there's never an in-between. Trouble is, the weather is awesome, which means all the sludge-suckers in this town are gettin rip roarin drunk,,, which usually means fights and assaults.. car accidents and overdoses.. so I'm hoping for a good one tonight.

Just got an email from Prime Vaping.. extending their 40% off sale till tonight at midnight... DAMMIT! NO NO NO... I'm NOT ordering any more!! (convince me, will ya??)

I never answered your question about where I live.. put your finger on Buffalo, follow the St Lawrence River all the way toward Montreal... there's a little burg there called Massena. I have family in Buffalo too,, an aunt and a bunch of cousins.. it's almost 6 hours southwest of me.. it doesn't get much more northern NY than where I am.. Canada is 10 minutes away. Can't figure out why I stay here,,, other than my cushy job is here

Happy Saturday! So, where is this IronMonkey from? Not as north as me, I'm guessing. HEY,, I won a contest!! It's actually, like, the third one I've won here. Got a free 15ml bottle coming from Mountain Oak Vapor.. nothing in the mail today pretty bummed about that.. but I hit upon an idea last night, that will see me through till my supplies get here. I had three boxes of prefilled V2 cartos in the Red flavor.. those are what I started with and thought they were wonderful...blech! I'm about out of cartos, so I thought... I can boil them out, dry them and reuse them until I get the good cartos in the mail. I bought those things back in November and they were still wet! Cleaned em out last night after work and today they were good to go.. filled up a few of them and I'm ready for the casino tonight!! Batts are charging and my little carry case is packed... OMG, what an ordeal this has become!! I don't care, it's fun. And tasty. And doesn't smell bad

Iron Monkey is from Buffalo & most of his family is still there - we are hoping to go for a visit this summer, but it looks I'll be having back surgery this summer, so we may have to wait until next summer (I refuse to go up north in the winter lol).

I got my latest ECBlends order in the mail today, which included a free 50ml (yes, fifty!), of their new creation Chocolate Mint Coconut Crunch as a birthday gift! They even customized the label wishing me a happy birthday it's pretty Darn delicious - tastes like their thin mint with a touch of coconut - fantastic right out if the mail, and I'm betting it will be even better after steeping! Went to the Suncoast vapers meet today & met a bunch of really nice fellow vapers! Lots of fun - saw so many neat mods, and I won a stardust in the raffle (filled it as soon as I got home) someone else won 2 kits, an ego-C kit & something else (missed the name of it)... They also gave away a vv volt, a gift certificate to Bombay, and a bunch if other goodies donated by a few vendors - digital cig, Bombay, and... I can't remember the rest! Plus, I found a taker for the 2 10ml bottles of menthol tobacco I got this week -Yay! All in all a very nice way to spend the evening & I'm looking forward to the next meet

Happy Sunday everyone... it's kid day around here. Grandbabies here for the day to give their other gramma a little time off. Geez, they both slept most of the day!! Hard for me to imagine how their mother could just abandon them like she did.. it sucks. Casino not kind last night... but the beer was good! You have fun with that diaper Luvinit Grandbabies, god-babies and any other returnable babies are fantastic - you get to enjoy them for a while, give them lots of love, and then return to your normal, peaceful, diaper free life so that you're happy to have time with them again after recuperating from their last visit. It is hard to imagine how their mom could abandon them - some people are not cut out to be parents, and those kids are so lucky to have wonderful grandparents that are working together to give them as stable and loving a world to grow up in as possible.

Sorry the casino wasn't kind to you last night - beer is always good, makes unkind casinos more fun!

I like the Ego Vision/Stardust I won last night - it's pretty sweet, but I wound up draining it & soaking it - I think there was some primer or something in it. Uck. While I was at it, I cleaned all of my other cartos & atty's -looking forward to them being dry so I can fill & use tomorrow!

Minus the primer taste I think I'm going to love the stardust! So similar to the tank, but with a clearer taste to the juice since there is no polyfill to mute it

I think I made a booboo with the stardust - I cleaned it to get ride of the primer taste, and now I get nothing when I suck on it... I think I may have a watery wick

I've placed two orders with C2GVapes.. love their Smooth Brandy... and I just got a PM from them. They're sending me, for my bday (early!) an EGO passthrough and some Boge cartos can you believe that??? Holy cow!! I'm in shock! You guys gotta check them out! Peanut Butter Cup and Banana Taffy is really good too. I have a second order from them coming this week... oh yeah! And my new passthrough!!! WOOHOO!

Well girls,, I have a couple of those stardusts and I can't say I'm impressed. I thought i would love that they didn't have the filler, but I found the flavors seemed a bit muted. Probly just me, I'm sure. I didn't try to clean them though.. I really want to get a tank.. I think that's gonna be my next purchase.

About the doc that's three hours away... where I live, if you want good doctors, you have to travel. We have generalists here, but any decent specialist is forever away. I have to see a rheumatologist.. I saw one 3 hours in the other direction and I hated that office. I'm a lab tech, I know what's going on, I know what questions to ask, I know when certain blood tests come out positive what the next step is. That office did not like that. I would call with a question, or a request, and it would be three weeks.. minimum!... before they would call me back. And no, we won't send an order for that test until you come back for a follow up.. in two months! Seriously?? I've been living with daily pain for 6 years.. I've had enough. I may be old, but I'm too damn young to feel like this every day. So I found another specialist.. head of the rheumatology department at a big healthcare facility in Vermont... so that's where I'm going. I've waited three months for this appointment. And it's at 9am, and I do NOT want to get up at 4am to get there... so I've packed my bag and I'm going over today and spend the night. Hubby is working, so it's just me... will go figure out where the office is, check in to my room, and go hit the mall.... see? more shopping! Taking my little laptop, so I can keep up with you girls too... better get on the road.. have a great day... later!

I cleaned mine with hot water...blew excess out, filled, and vaped. It takes a bit to vape the water out of the wick and get the juice wicking again, but not that long. Maybe 2-3 minutes?

That is awesome Luvinit!!! This is such a wonderful community filled with so many genuinely nice people - I want to live in a town filled with vapers - it would be like a Disney World-esque utopia for former smokers, a magical kingdom where everyone is kind and treats their neighbors like family/close friends

Try cleaning them in vodka (or cleaning method of your choice), and allow to dry completely before refilling (yes, mine is fine now that the wick is dry lol). If you still dislike them, let me know and I'll buy them from you I know you want a phiniac, but if you want to try a tank first to see if you like it, deejstuff sells a DCC tank on his site for 7$ - cheapest I've found, includes a pre-punched flanged DCC, and works beautifully. He's running the FireKitty special through the 31st of this month, so you can get any juices you order doubled, and the man is a GREAT mixologist!

Having to drive 3 hours each way to find a good specialist is crazy, but I'm glad it's an option for you! Good for you for standing up for yourself and taking control of your healthcare! It's amazing what some offices try to pull, and sadly they get away with it most of the time because their patients either think doctors walk on water, or think that they don't have the right to speak up, and be treated professionally or take their business elsewhere.

I"m sure you're glad that the wait is nearly over and that you'll be seeing a doctor who really knows what he's doing and will hopefully be able to help relieve some (ALL!!!) of your pain!

I feel your pain about having to wait months to get in to see the specialist - I'm a patient at an amazing spine specialty practice, and will have waited almost 3 full months before seeing the neurosurgeon (also part of their practice). It seems that there are very few neurosurgeons in the area & even fewer who specialize in complex spine cases, so I don't see him until the end of May, which means that I'll probably be on the board off and on all day every day until then - lucky you

I needed to find a new PCP this year, and made an appt with a local doctor for a new patient physical... he was 2 hours late, was wearing jeans & a stained gray henley, didn't ask me why I had a cane or a backbrace, and listened to my breathing THROUGH the back brace. I offered to take the brace off & he said it wasn't necessary lol He spent less than 5 minutes with me (rather than the 45min average for a new pt exam), and had the nerve to bill my insurance nearly 300$ for a comprehensive new pt exam. Needless to say, he isn't getting a dime from me, and I've filed a formal complaint. Amazing! *smh* my specialists don't have that kind of attitude, nor do they keep me waiting that long lol

I'm crossing my fingers that the doctor you're seeing in the morning is able to give you not only some relief, but also hope for even greater strides in the future! Hope your drive was safe & uneventful and that you have a great shopping expedition!
