I'm not the type of person to purchase a bunch of different ecigs. once I find something I usually stick with it. Then leave the forums a few months only to completely feel like I'm learning everything for the first time again when I come back. Anyway im rambling.

Ibought a ego standard battery starter kit a year ago and I use boge 2 ohm lr cartomizers. Been very happy with it. However recently my charger has died, the light stays green n won't charge my dead batteries. My only complaint about my ego is it doesn't have tge 5 on 5 off.

So I want to be able to still use my ego batteries n cartomizers but I've been looking at a kgo starter kit from sweet-vapes. Wondering if that will work with my current equipment, especially kgo charger on ego battery. Ive heard kgo does better vapor n flavor but am happy with what ego does

The only way to know for sure if you can charge your ego batteries with a kgo charger is to see if the specs on both chargers are the same. If not, I wouldn't risk it. Maybe you could contact a vendor and ask about the kgo specs.
tmcase is dead on in her answer. If you don't know its not worth the risk.
With that said:
If the specs are equivalent you can interchange them. If one charger gives lower output you can still use it to charge the other battery, it will just take longer. Do not use a charger with higher output to charge a smaller battery.

Ex: a 510 charger can be used to charge an ego battery but not vice versa.

ETA: See the next post, Kent has verified that the chargers have the same specs so they would be interchangeable

They're the same charger, same specs:

Input Voltage: 5V DC - 500mA
Output Voltage: 4.2V DC - 420mA

USB Charger for KGO and eGo Electronic Cigarette Battery - $4.95

I know the eGo-c has better short and charge protection than the earlier eGo's. Not sure if kGo has gone that way though. Check out the eGo-type forum on a kgo thread - the good people there could tell you.
