Kick V1 randomly working

Ive got a kick v1 from smok and the first few days it was fine, then I change the battery and it no longer works. it's in a m16 thats about a week old, I cleaned all threads and contacts with mean green and a tooth brush but its random if it works or not.. like I change the battery 5x then it start working. So sad

Sometimes it works, then I hit it a few times and it stops working again anyway... ahhh!

if it helps its a 18350 efest 800, Ive tried 4 of them brand new, they all work on my vamo or just as mechanical fine, the kick is like its in some kind of protection maybe? like you get 2 hits, then miss 5 then get 1 more, it's crazy. ive tried it all the way up, all the way down and in between.

imho, might be kick itself, the used to be some reports

kick from evolv should be just fine.
