kicked up bolt?

Can anyone tell me if the new bolts with better wiring work with kick and 18350?

and also if anyone can tell me where to buy a new anodized bolt that has better wiring?

i see bolts on madvapes but don't say if they are new or old..

how can i tell?

no one has an anodized bolt ? is the inside anodized too therefore can't use kick?
