I'm having trouble even believing this in the first place. It almost looks like a thread started just to stir chit up. How can any parent not know what to do even if it is a friend that goes to the same church. Plus, there have been no replies from the OP.

Houdini is right. It looks like it was just set up to get people going. Honestly any good parent would call the police, cps, or a doctor the minute their child said that?.?.
