Never dealt with onestopdiyshop until today, but let me tell you...
I needed to get a supply of liquids for my new kit, but was unsure of what to start with. Well, I am a whiz at mixing stuff (drinks, spices, you name it). I figure I'll just get started mixing e-liquids myself. I was unsure of what-all I'd need and ran across this kit they have, the DIY Artisan Apprentice Kit USA Made Unflavored DIY E-liquid
There were several choices to be made, and God knows I can be indecisive. Well, I wanted to get something moving, so I ordered at the drop of a hat. I went through the motions with signing up and processing payment. When all this was done I reconsidered the choices I had made in the types of liquids I should use. I clicked the "contact us" button and was given their #. I called and left a message regarding my mistake. I figured I'd hear something from them on Monday (hopefully before my completed order was shipped lol). Lo and behold not 10 minutes went by and my phone was ringing. This is Saturday. This is not their normal business hours. I was greeted with "Hi, this is Kimberly from One Stop DIY shop". So, after explaining my discrepancy, she put a credit on my account for the shipping charge, changed my order to what I wanted/needed and told me to go back to the website and order the other product I wanted and she'd make note of it on her end and stick it all into the same box for shipping on Monday.
This kind of service is unheard of these days. I have an immense respect for the amount of care she put into making sure I was making the right choices in my purchase. She went into great detail about different products that I may want in the near future, without sounding pushy or trying to bump the sale up, just chit-chat. Once again this conversation took place during her time off and without a hint of eagerness to be done with my headache.
