I don't know anything about the product, but if I were you I would start dialing now to cancel the order. I would also get ahold to my credit card company and make sure they don't send any money to them. Their product may be great or not but this site leads me to believe that their business practices leave a lot to be desired. Knight sticks e cigarettes Complaints - scam

I would highly recommend you check out the approved suppliers at the bottom of these forums. They're all relatively similar in price, product, quality, and speed. Do a little research and take your time to ask questions. I like cigeasy and vapor4life personally. those are the two vendors I buy my hardware from and juice well that's just personal preference. i buy that from several different vendors and keep a close eye on sales

I agree with the 2 previous posts. There are so many companies out there getting all the money they can for not so good products and scams. There are alot of good kits people have wrote about on this forum. I personally went for the joye 510 after researching on ECF and I'm more than satisfied with the vapor production and the TH plus it was extremely reasonably priced at Cignot. Good luck in your descision.

Cancel your order! From what I've seen Knightsticks is a scam site.

From the site: You will have 10 days from the day your order is shipped to try Knight Sticks. At the end of your 10 day trial period you will be charged $99.90 for the e-cigarette package you received. If you find Knight Sticks is not right for you, simply cancel within 10 days of your original shipment date and you will not be charged. Every 30 days thereafter you will be sent a month supply of 15 Knight Sticks refill cartridges and your credit card on file will be billed $49.90 plus $9.95 shipping and handling.

Extremely high cost and the trial period starts on the day you order ships leaving no time to return the product. They also automatically ship and bill the cartridges on a monthly basis at a real bad price.

You can find much better ecigs here for less than half the price!

Priced at at least 3x their value, and then there's the recurring charge per month for overpriced carts. I got suckered in too, which provoked me to do a lot of research, and then purchase some legitimate PVs. Lots of good information on this forum, and leads to info elsewhere.

I started the following thread, and the content leans heavily toward mine and others' experience with Knight Sticks.

hey i just bought this product. it took 8 days to arrive, unfortunately i dont have enough time to send it back. the cartridges i received were empty and the USB charger malfunctioned and overloads your USB port. im regretting this purchase already, hopfully with some e liquid and a charger from another compay it will work and not be a complete loss

I ordered their "Risk Free Trial" and didn't recieve it for 7 days. I assumed I could try it for 10 days. I called them to cancel my trial and sat on hold for 20 mins. I then called them again the next day and after 15 mins got a rep on the line. She told me that the 10 day trial started the day that they shipped it and that they have already billed me $99 for the trial. This company is a SCAM. So now I am stuck with a crappy E-Cig. Does anyone know if I can refill the cartridges that came with the trial?

Ok, my first post. I ordered the Knight Sticks which arrived as the "Phoenix Electronic Cigarette" Arise from the Ashes ... I successfully canceled and didn't get charged anything further. Here's the wierd thing... the Phoenix carts lasted a week and the batteries have lasted a week between charges, probably could have lasted longer if I wouldn't have chickened out and charged it. However they are the 2 piece construction model with atomizer built into cartridge which means I cannot refill and the company as I understand it is a scam. Anyone know how I can get refill carts legitimately from somewhere or how to refill these?

Did you have any luck refilling it? I got the same thing but mine arrived as a "Phoenix". Is yours a 2 piece w cartomizer or a 3 piece?

I tried one that a guy had at work and the thing tasted like crap. It was like burnt antifreeze or something. I couldn't get the taste out of my mouth. No way I would pay $100.00 for 1 battery, 2 cartomizer's, 1 usb charger, and a cardboard pack to carry it in. That is just a straight up rip off. Their are a lot of complaints on complaints boards about them.
