That is a link to just what you are asking about. The pot screw is 2mm in diameter and quite short, if you wanted to go micro you could use a presta valve nut, the part that you loosen to let the air out. In the upper left corner of this pic:

It's threaded for M2, has a slot in the bottom to hold glue or solder has an OD of 4mm and is knurled for two-finger control. I'm looking to work it into a mod soon.
