Hi Everybody,

My name is Blaise... and I'm a vaper. Heh Heh.

Newish to vaping started on southbeachsmoke couple years ago.. didn't really help me quit.I jumped in head first this past Christmas when my father got me a Evod II 100% better then any ciga-like. Ive moved on to a Aspire CF sub Ω with a Kanger subtank. I (try) to make my own juices and they taste pretty good however they lack depth. My wife and I just had our first child, a bouncing baby boy 2 months ago, which was a big reason I wanted to quit smoking..

The subtank is alright but I long for more. It's a scratch that I cannot itch. The aspire battery is great when vaping .5-1 ohm but not so great on .18 with the subtank. I get maybe a couple hours on it before it needs 4 hours to charge. Now that I've dropped all the money on the very and I mean very small amount of vape gear and juice that I have I am stuck :(

Battery life at lower ohm was the reason I bought the IPV3. The series batteries give longer life, and can drive a coil down to .15. Not sure I'd ever try to build a tank that low - usually build mine between 1.0 - 1.5. I'd suggest an RDA for the lower builds.

Prior to that, I used a mech, and the batteries would fizzle after about 4hrs. So I just bought extra batteries and a 4 bay charger and carried extras with me in the car, briefcase, whatever.

I would love to get a RDA but after all Ive spent recently on vaping I just cant afford it so I've been using the subtank in its secret dripper mode ;) RBA top off and no glass for bigger "airholes" its ok but nothing like what ive seen or where I want to be at

Every piece of hardware has it's limits as to what it can and can't do well.

The results you are getting is directly related to building low sub ohm coils in a tank that doesn't have the airflow to support it and using it on a non variable v/w battery that is going to drain fast with your given build.

You can either change your equipment or change your build.

Hey! I am new here too... Can I ask what is it about the 0.18-Ohm you like over the higher Ohm's? What Voltage (or Watts) are you running at?
