1. I try to help out my friend and family when I can, so yes I do buy for them as well. However most of the time it is stuff I am not using anymore and all they need to do is buy replacement pieces. I understand your goal is to deliver inexpensive starter kits for friends and family. However, I would go as far as to sale the piece in those kits individually as well. This will keep your customers coming back so they can replace what they bought in the kits without getting the stuff they do not need. People like what the are use to and will keep coming back for it, if they feel like they are not wasting the money on things they do not need.

Post 1 - Website Content/Products

**Disclaimer: This is only my opinion based upon my observations and (somewhat) limited knowledge.**

Really great, competitive prices!

You have everything a beginner needs...with the exception of a replacement/extra charger cable/adapter, carrying case, and (here's the big one) juice. As a beginner, I wanted to get everything from one place...especially not being fully aware of the entire world of vaping that I have since come to know (and love!). This might be something to seriously consider, if you haven't done so already. I saw the external link to another vendor...but that's another order. Ya' really gotta make it simple and straightforward if you're market is targeting newbies.

Great selection of clearomizers! Like the great variety of colors...I'm big on matching/appearance of my PV gear. :)

I also like your PV info and your readily available privacy statement. Info is power and it shows your customers that you truly want them to be comfortable with you and their purchase.

There were a few sections I found that had no content (batteries, atomizers, specials, and conditions of use). If you're still working on the site, maybe just place a note in those sections saying so instead on just leaving it blank. Blank pages kinda make me nervous. (Edit: These pages were accessed from the left sidebar menu. I now see they are noted as being worked on from the home page.)

Under the eGo-Q starter kit, it has listed that the kit includes 2 mouthpiece cartridges. I'm confused about that as it also comes with 2 CE4 clearomizers. Are those referring to the tip of the clearomizer? If so, doesn't the clearomizer actually come with the tip? The "mouthpiece cartridge" term threw me off as it led me to think of the eGo-T cartridges. Just confused. (I also mentioned that I like matching....maybe purple or clear CE4 with this kit?)

Your eGo and eGo-T kits show a picture of the kit which includes a case, but the case isn't listed among the times included with the kit. Do they come with a case? Does the eGo-Q come with a case as well (even though that one doesn't have a case pictured)?

What I would like to also see on your site:
- USB charger cable
- USB-to-wall adapter
- carrying cases
- solo eGo batteries (in a variety of styles/colors)
- juice!

This concludes my input to you (for the moment). ;) Please know I do not intend to be harsh in anyway...it's all constructive and only from my perspective.

Thank you for the contest, but even more-so for the opportunity to help YOU! :)

Another edit: Maybe edit your "About," "Contact Us," and other pages for format, capitalization, grammar/spelling, etc. Simple typos can sometimes leave a negative impression.

And lastly....I want those DOG TAGS!!! :D

Post 2 - Website Navigation/Layout

**Disclaimer: This is only my opinion based upon my observations and (somewhat) limited knowledge.**

Very professional appearance to your site and quite easy to navigate...big SCORE on those! I only have a few recommendations regarding the layout to possibly make it more intuitive for your users.

Title bar menu - this is the place I look to find out about the site I'm on. Your sidebar menus are static...if they weren't this is where those menu titles might go. But since they ARE static, maybe add your "About Us" and related items at the bottom of the page to the top? It just seems bare and unfinished to me.

Right sidebar menu -
- Your "Useful Links" are all external....being at the top it may quickly lead users to another site before fully exploring yours. Consider moving this below your "Information" box as you WANT users to stay on YOUR site, yes? ;) Also, consider changing the name of your E-juice link to "Vapor Bomb" or "Vapor Bomb E-juice" to better describe exactly what/who the link is to like you did for your other external links.
- "Information" box....has "Newsletter Unsubscribe" but where do I subscribe? Like stated above...I would also move this box to the top of your right sidebar menu. Keep me on YOUR page! :)

Internal pages - There seem to be one too many levels/tiers necessary to get to the actual product info. For example, I select "Kits" from the left...it takes me to a sub-menu of 3 items....select a product to get to any of the product info. Consider adding more descriptors to that sub-menu...such as price and something more about the kits that make them different (battery size, cartomizer vs. cartridge, etc.). I'd like the opportunity to compare or just glean more info from the product before having to go any deeper.

That is all I could come up with for layout. You really do have a nice site!

Thank you, again, for the opportunity to assist! :D

1.

Your site looks nice, and the prices are great... especially on the starter kits!! ;)
I know that's it's hard to carry a lot of products when you are 1st starting out, but since you already have the Categories for them, I would suggest having some replacement Batts and attys next... and maybe even some more colors/patterns of those beautiful Ego-Q ones!!

I did notice one thing on the description pages for the eGo and eGo-T kits... there were pics of them with a case (near the bottom of the page) and it wasn't listed in what came with the kits. Although for those prices, I kinda doubt that you could afford to include a case, too... :D

Thank you for the chance to review your site, AND win a prize doing it!!

Site is easy to navigate. Although setup is generic, I'm actually OK with this rather than something where I cannot find products. I'm very glad there is a search function.

Prices on drip tips is close to standard I suppose. Prices on kits is really great, I would not hesitate to send a new vaper or friends your way at those prices. Shipping falls within reasonable for flate rate given product prices. Although, maybe consider a first class rate for like a couple drip tips or small stuff (if thats possible)

Useful links are great, and good that they open in a new window so they do not obstruct my browsing experience.

Contact us page. Phone numbers are seperated by a -
please fix this, it looks jumbled and confusing. Also on Shipping & returns page it says "CONUS" for Continental US. Again, it took me a moment to think of what conus is.... silly, but true.

The prices seem fair. I have never tried an Ego but I would like to.
Your site is incomplete but well put together and easy to use. I like the facts section. New people are sure to like it as well.
what I dont like is that its not done yet and this in itself makes the list of products available seem really short. So really not much to dislike.

I stay on sites when the prices are good and I see new things that look worthy of trying out. I like variety.
I only buy for myself most of the the time. My dad vapes but we dont live together. He is not into the hobby near as much as I am though. He buys what I recommend 95% of the time. I have tried to get him to start an ecf account and he wont. He wont even watch my YT videos most of the time. For instance. I got him in on a coop for a Genesis atty and have a tutorial up on yt. He just makes me fix it when I come over.

Promotions & contests are both nice but they both have depending factors. If your a broke ... like me then you just want the chance to win something you cant afford. So promotions wont help me until tax time when I am ghetto rich.

Thanks for the contest.
