I think, for what is available, your prices are good.
Our site?
Your site needs more depth and variety of selections. I also couldn't find warranty information only return policy. I feel warranty information is vital for a reputable site.
what do you dislike?
No apparent regular, non-Ego, 510 hardware. You need to get atomizers up and available I feel, in particular, specialized atomizers. I'm thinking of 306 atomizers that will fit any 510. Clarify whether or not "Joy E-Ego 510" will or will not work with any 510 threading. I disliked, as mentioned above, not finding clear warranty information.
what makes you not stay on the site?
No depth of selection. Maybe you should have gotten stock in before hitting the web. Having links to things, like, batteries that have nothing there makes me want to leave the site.
What makes you stay on the site?
A new site. I want to see everything you have to offer. I want to examine your policies regarding warranties, returns, and coupon availability. I'd like to give any site a chance to prove it worthy of my business. I have just recently deleted two supplier from my "favorites" list due to lackluster service.
Are you buying for friends family?
I'm almost always only buying for myself. I have been, blessed, recently, with having to buy for an immediate family member.
What are you looking for promotions contests or?
I say rotate between promotions and contests. I agree with another poster who said that free shipping should come with a lower price tag. I will return to your site and bookmark it to see if there is anything for a vaper like me. Since I have 3 PVs and am not sure if your "Joy Ego" 510 items will work with my 510 I'll wait and see. Since I also own an RN4081 and a KR808 autochrome I just assume I won't find hardware for these PVs on your site; I don't think this is a bad thing. The demand for these last two PVs seems to be small and have dwindled lately

You have true guts asking for feedback in such a forthright and honest manner; this makes me want to add your site to my "favorites" and keep checking in with it.
I feel that your concern for feedback already demonstrates that you can have a top notch site if you listen to -and apply- the feedback you receive.
Your starter kit prices are excellent. Make these a centerpiece around proper customer service, clearer warranty and return policy, and more in depth selection of items and think you willl do well.
