Welcome to ECF! I'm sure this will be moved to the
juice section of the forum, so no worries. As for menthol juices, I'm extremely picky. I've tried quite a few and most are either too intense or they end up tasting like mouthwash to me. I've found one out of many that I thoroughly enjoy and I've always kept stock of it since. That would be Candy Cane from MtBakerVapor. 2 flavor shots is a must in my opinion for this juice, to really blend in the sweetness and menthol kick into a smooth vape. You'll notice they give you the flavor shot option in their selection. Being fresh off of cigarettes I'd recommend 12-18mg nicotine for yourself along with a 50/50 mixture for the PG/VG. It has a light sweet taste of candy cane while not being overly candy-like. The mint to it in my opinion is just right. It also comes out of the mail vapeable and requires no steeping.
MtBakerVapor is a great vendor for low priced juices and fantastic customer service. I will be honest though, I've tried all of their main juices and I've only ever bought Candy Cane past the first bottle. Low prices comes lower quality, but Candy Cane is definitely one of my favorite juices. They're a good company to keep a big stock of juice if you find one you really enjoy and they're extremely reputable with flawless customer service so it's very hassle free.
For future reference, higher VG ratios provide more vapor while muting flavor and throat hit. Higher PG ratios provide more flavor and throat it, but take away from vapor production. This is why a 50/50 blend is usually ideal for beginners. Higher nicotine levels also provide bigger throat hits that you're used to from a cigarette.
