when you have a 5 second draw, you have a cut-off, about 1-2 seconds.

kool, no complaints here...i don't mind a cut-off, keeps me from killing the atty...and counting when puffing sort of distracts me from other stuff i'm doing...plus, its easy to cheat the cut-off if someone wanted to anyways...
