My battery was set down and I heard a sucking sound and I looked at it and the led was on. I didn't touch it for at least 40 minutes. It did it again just a little bit ago. What's making this happen?

This is my newest battery and I already have a manual on the way (so if it's a sign of dying then I am not too concerned), it's still working so the battery doesn't need charging. I did have some flooding issues with new jumbo cartomizers yesterday but I have since pitched them because they were duds. I also just cleaned it the other night with rubbing alcohol and a toothbrush, after all the flooding. I also keep a drip tip on it because the cartomizer get's too hot most times and sometimes vapor is still in the chamber, but I think it dissipates on it's own after a while. Those are the only 3 things I have done different with it recently.

I have a KR808 auto battery that recently started acting strange. I had been using it less than two weeks. It will not turn off unless the ash cap is pointed down. I noticed sizzling when I wasn't drawing on it. The carto got so hot that there was a small melted spot on the label. I have used all auto batteries so far but in my next order I plan to get a couple of manuals, based on recommendations on this forum. I think I'll like having more control, and it's my understanding that they tend to have fewer problems.

That's soon to be having issues, mine is about month and a half old. I don't know the life expectancy of the auto's since this is my first batch of them. At least I know mine isn't possessed anymore, lol! And sizzling is a better word than the sucking sound I described it as.

Maybe you got some juice in it and its sticky in there.

Should I try cleaning it again?
