is there a kr808 cartomizer that will get me the vape as an ego with a lr atomizer?

You could try the Litecigusa KR808d-1 LR Cartomizers. I'm not sure if they're ok to use on a standard KR8 or not though as they may be too low on the resistance for the circuitry in the battery. You could ask in the KR808d-1 forum to see what others are using.
