I've been ordering the KR808 cartomizers (empty) for a while know. I'm getting frustrated with the air flow quality. Let's say I order 5 empties. Out of those 5 I can expect 2 to work perfectly. The rest I'll need to suck till my face caves in to get anything. I have 2 batteries from White Cloud (kr808's) and 2 XL KR808 batteries from Vapor King. I tend to favor the XL batteries. I just ordered the nhaler blank megas hoping to clear this up. Anyone else have these troubles, if so, can you fix it? Seems so wasteful.

PS- I only vape Halo Truepure if that matters.

Thanks!

If you look through them from the mouthpiece end, you should see a hole straight through. I have noticed sometimes this is not straight and it causes tight airflow or even air going through the juice sucking it out. Usually you can stick a straight wire through there very carefully until it is all the way through and spin the cart to straighten it out and its much better.

you should not have to do this with a new carto. period. kinda defeats the purpose of "easy" does it not?

oh... i cannot edit yet... to the op, are you certain you are not overfilling? do you have a manual battery? i find starting hard to draw cartos on a manual, even pushing the button a few times without drawing helps, fwiw i've experienced it a few times with pre-filled's, as well as refills and even noticed different batteries draw significantly differently, when comparing same size batteries. although, tbh i get why, and don't really care.
how long are you letting them sit before vaping? i like to let them sit a few days before vaping.

sorry if the post above comes off as "whatever," but a properly filled blank *should* work like a pre-fill, when pre-fills are working properly, lol.
