Aside from myself, I noticed that there were a handful of others that have been frustrated by the majority of vendors not including the resistances of their cartomizers. Knowing the specific resistances would obviously help us in purchasing the one that fits our vaping style/needs the best. Some of the information is scattered in various threads here, and it's a bit tedious to find. So in hopes to consolidate all the information, I emailed the more popular ECF vendors and here are the responses that I received.

LiteCig Premium Carto: 3 ohms
LiteCig LR Carto: 2 ohms
V4L WOW Carto: 2 - 2.2 ohms
V4L Cool Carto: 3.3 - 3.5 ohms
Vapor Kings Carto: 2.8 - 3.0 ohms
LeCig Carto: 2.4 ohms
LeCig Mega-Carto: 2.3 ohms
BloogMaxx Carto: 3.0 - 3.2 ohms

I'm still awaiting responses from several other vendors, and I will add the info as the replies come in. If anyone knows the resistances of other cartos not listed, please post it. I hope this info helps.

With regard to V4L, do you remember who responded to your question? I only ask because the numbers you list are different than the ones I was given and have been quoting to other members. My memory isn't what it used to be, so I don't remember which staff member told me that the Wow's run at 2.9ohms and Coolcarts at 3.6.

I deleted the email already, but I think his name was Mike but don't quote me on that because I received responses from all the vendors I listed...one of them was Mike.

My V4L cartos are a couple of months old but with my meter they are about.
Coolcarts 3.4
Wows 3.0
There's some variation so that is only an approximate value.

Hmmmm, I can't say what mine run at since I don't have a meter. I just posted the responses that I received. Unless they've recently changed their Wow cartos, I'm not sure which numbers to go by. Either way, I'm pretty happy with the Wow cartos I've been using, and they do run about the same or a bit warmer than the standard LeCig cartos I have.

Thought when I read the list that soon someone will come write that they have ones that don't match the list.. and they are allready here!.... I would also really like some more consistancy.... and for the vendors to state their manufacturer..

Many dealers rebrand the products they sell. Some of them go even farther and don't want thier customers to know what they are selling so they would have to buy from them.

I agree with you I want to know what I am buying. With carts and cartos I will rarely buy from someone unless they willing to give me the manufacturer and the ohms. It just doesn't make sense to me to go from one dealer to the next the buying things that I already don't like or want.

VaporsHeaven boge soft and hard caps, Vaporsetc Boge HR, VaporNine Turbos, Cigeasy gold labels, Nhaler Megas...
are all the High resistance boge's... same resistance and type as coolcarts from v4l

When I test I get 3.1 - 3.4 ohms on these.

That's correct. My tests confirm that.

V4L carries two kinds of cartomizers: CoolCarts, which are just like Boge HR--3.1-3.4Ω, and the old premium cartos, which run ~2.0Ω and tend to burn quickly. WOW is the name of their juice line, and a WOW carto can be either a CoolCart or a premium carto (or even their very old Kanger carto).

Bloog cartos are all over the map, resistance-wise; the lowest meter 2.0Ω, the highest 4.2Ω. I've never had a 3.1 or a 3.2Ω though, ironically. It's not hearsay, I tested them all myself.

How could the resistance be all over the place like that and still perform cosistantelay.?
For one he didn't reply if they were the new coil style which are ~2.5Ω. So your question "How could the resistance be all over the place like that and still perform cosistantelay" is irrelevant. And I respect the opinions of the long time vapers who are recommending them.

I have heard good things about them too and as far as I can tell they are a good company. I haven't used them. I like the vape I get from CE2s and have enough to last a while. Not that I am recommending them unless you know what you are getting into. I do have problem with the site not listing the resistance or any other information. So it's not likely I ever will try them.
