Hey all,
Long time vaper, 1st time poster.
I couldn't find any info on this when searching the forum, so here goes my 1st post.

I've been using the KR808 with little to no issues for a few months now, but recently many of my cartomizers' tube/sock/airway/ have been getting suddenly misaligned after refilling. The odd thing is, it doesn't occur until I take a drag.
I top off the cart (sometime thru the battery end, and sometimes from the mouth end), take a drag with no battery connected to make sure the airway is clear of juice, connect the battery, take a drag, then BAM! The cart airway is instantly blocked, I then take off the carto and pop off the mouth piece to check it, and the airway tube is completly misaligned and airway is totally obstructed (and bent to the side in some cases.) I then try to fix it by running a thin straightend paperclip thru the air way, but the tube is so out of place that all it does is push the tube out even more and I am unable to get it realigned.

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong these days to cause this, but it has happened to at least 7 of my carts in the past month or so. It just seems to happen randomly. Sometimes occurs after the 2nd top off, sometimes after using for a week.

How I fill my carts:
I start with a blank cart, fill it with the condom cap fill method, vape as normal, top it off here and there tru mouth and/or battery, use a paperclip/pin, blow thru or sometimes give it a light tap on a table whenever there is juice in the airway.

What am I doing wrong? Can I fix the carts?
Am I the only one this is happening to?

Thanks for the replies, glad it's not just me. Still, it seems weird that it is happening more often to me these days.

I can sometimes save the carts with the straight pin trick, but recently, they get knocked so far out of place, the pin only pushes it out more (only hits the edge of the tube), or the pin goes thru the filler/cotton stuff without even touching the tube.

I think the ATTY wire warps with heat, and goes crooked.
I think you are right. It would also explain why carts sometimes decide to start heating the outer casing.
Maybe topping it off while its still hot causes this to happen more?
