What other atomizers will fit the KR8 manual battery, especially pen styles?

I'm getting a couple KR8 manual batteries and all I have are atomizers for the DSE901. I would like to get an atomizer and some cartridges that hold just a bit more liquid than the 901 cartridge does. 4 What other atomizers will fit the KR8 manual battery, especially pen styles?

Okay, starting to rethink the cartridge vs. cartomizer thing.

I have a few SmokeTip cartomizers left over from one of my earlier purchases and they fit on the 808 battery and work just fine. I may experiment around with them since I already have them and it would not result in any additional expenses.

Princessdee, it appears you may have some 808 cartomizers. If you do, would you measure the length of one for me, please.

Thanks.

You could get a 901/801 adapter for about 3 bucks. An 801 atty would probably work well on a KR808 batt. I've never used one on any of my KR8 batts but I've used BE112s on my protege and get good results.

If you do decide on the 801/penstyle go with the BE112 atty. Its an 801 made by bestecig. They are the the most popular 801 style atty out there. The regular 801s tend to be leaky from what I hear.

Also if you want good flavor I'd shy away from the 808 cartos and go with the penstyle. Penstyle's give a very cool, flavorful vape, even more so than a 901 and a lot more flavor than a 510. The only sacrifice is the throat hit. 808 cartos always have that filler taste that bugs a lot of people.

Thanks brandon555,

I think I'm beginning to realize a problem I have... Taste buds are shot all to hell after 60 years of smoking analogs, although no more than 1 pack a day.

So, I'm starting to believe it's the TH that I'm going to have to go after, not the taste, although I hope I can get some.

I did fill up an old SmokeTip carto with some Red MBL (is that Red Marlboro?) that Heaven Gifts sent me as a free sample, and although it's only 11mg and produces no TH, it does taste pretty good.

Any suggestions for a cart/atomizer or carto that will give a good throat hit without requiring a mod, high voltage, or low resistance atty?

I'd definetly go with a 510 atty then. Get a 510/901 adapter for your KR808 batts.

The cool thing is that the KR808 batts are actually really good. They give out a full 3.7 volts and about 4 volts on a full charge. Coupled with a regular Joye 510 atty [which are pretty low resistance to begin with] you should get a pretty good throat hit.

The Joye 510 attys are about 2.2 ohm. With a KR808 batt you should get pretty close to the "sweet spot".

Make sure they're real Joye 510s though. Most of the knock offs are higher resistance and don't give as good TH.

Good luck in your quest.

Are all Joye 510 atomizers about 2.2 ohms?

Also, are these the LR atomizers, or are the LRs even lower resistance?

Yeah they're supposed to be... I've checked out my stash with a multimeter and they range anywhere from 2.1 to 2.7 ohms though.

The LR ones are 1.5 ohm, however with a good 3.7 volt mod I really like the standard ones.

With the rubber caps off, it is 1 1/4 inches, 3.5cm
