Any one know where to get a replacement glass for a kraken 28mm

Were they the 28mm glass

I bought 2 of them from FT for my 22mm Kracken. Waited about 8 weeks for them to show up and they were the wrong size. FT wanted me to return them and the shipping cost was more than what I payed to begin with. You can try here Bedazzle Glass Tubes but not sure if they have the 28mm.
