I have two ss clones from fasttech and one of the brass clones from 101vape. My suggestion is - if you can wait and are okay with ss pick one up from fasttech.
It is the only kraken clone on ft currently. I just meant stainless steel (vs the brass which ft doesn't carry).
edit: I am no clone expert by any means but all three of the kraken clones I have appear identical in every regard except:
-the brass clone had an oring on the very bottom groove to hold the shirt and no oring just above the tank for the cap. the ss ones have the opposite layout of orings in these two spots.
-brass serial begins HC , ss serials begin CH
-brass came with ribbon wire (0.1mm x 0.5mm) , ss came with 28m ga round wire
As all other details including packaging and accessories is absolutely the same I do believe there are all Hcigar

I got the brass one from 101vapes.
Love it. I added an oring into the upper position. It keeps condensation and juice from coming down the sides of the tank. It was getting a little steamy before I did so.

+1 on the fasttech SS clone. I added an o-ring to the bottom for the outer sleeve because I didn't like the way it wiggled. I also took out one of the o-rings from the top cap because it was a bear to adjust the airholes with both o-rings in it. Currently using single 30g coil on mesh @ 1.2 ohms. really digging it.

I got the one from focalecig, and the top cap DOES pres fit in with o-rings. Don't know, maybe they received different models?? My Steam turbine clone has the threaded top cap, which doesn't line up perfectly.
Cool thing is, the shields are interchangeable around the tank, so I can use the Kraken shield/cap on either one.

Any experience with setting up a micro coil with mesh on one? I followed riptrippers tutorial with the cotton mesh hybrid and it was great food about 2 days then I started having weird tastes with it. Wondering about using a thicker solid wick and wrapping with 1/16 instead of 5/64. Any suggestions? Not a fan of a cotton wick so I'm still exploring mesh.
I recently received the brass hcigar kraken from vaperoyalty. Absolutely love it. Can't imagine the original being any better.
Can't get mesh to work on my other atty, but on my first attempt with the kraken it worked like a charm. My hcigar clone came with a small piece of mesh. I rolled that up, oxidized it and wrapped a 4/5 30g kanthal coil on it and it worked perfectly.
I originally used it on top of my provari so I wanted the slightly higher resistance. It came out a 1.3 ohm.
