Hey guys, quick question, long story -
Recently one of my older Provaris was far out of warranty, decided to have some fun rebuilding it (I'd taken the board out thousands of times for coloring, LED changes, etc.) so I popped the top cap out, took out the board and went to work. Now, everything was fine until I decided to put it back together...
In some bizarre bout of insanity I decided to use krazy glue to secure the board back into place so I applied it to each of the edges of the board where the slot is in the body set it in place, and went about my business. About 25 seconds later, I realized the button was not in.
*freak out*
So this board, is not coming out with any means of force - Question time:
Is there a solution that will get rid of the Krazy Glue without harming the board itself? I know that Acetone does wonders at dissolving the glue but I'm not sure the rest of the circuit-board would be crazy about that. Could I try something like 99% isopropyl? I know that would be fine on the circuitry I'm just not certain that it would do any work on the Krazy Glue.
Thanks in advance,
-
