i was in the market for my first 901, so i ordered a couple kits from shawn at litecigusa, and my experience has been top notch. i got my order in about 4 days, and everything was as expected with a couple snags, but shawn was quick to reply and we have everything straightened out.

i'd definitely give a high recommendation to shawn and his excellent customer service.

the couple issues i had were, one of the mains chargers was UK and not US, but that was explained as a supplier error and shawn is mailing me a US adapter for it. also one of the atomizers seems to have too big of a pinhole on it, so the suction isn't activating the battery, and one of the batteries seems to have a faulty switch, and both have been offered to be replaced.

i emailed shawn immediately after prelim inspection of my order and received a reply within hours, and each subsequent email i was getting responses within hours as well.

don't hesitate to place an order with litecigusa.

I'd just like to confirm what Flitzanu and fenez have said.

I've ordered from litecig twice now, and both orders were shipped superfast and arrived within a few days. My last order was placed on the 20th, and I received it today, the 23rd. I even realized after making my second order that I had forgotten to order something, so I emailed Shawn to see if I could add on another two items. He responded quickly, and got those extra items into the order without a hitch.

I would recommend litecigusa.com to anyone.

and now, i hate to say, but this is the third strike for me.

let me just say that shawn was nice, and quick to reply and try to help, but at this point it seems things should have been fixed properly.

first off, my original order, the site had the option for green LED's for the black 901 i ordered. so that's what i chose. upon receiving them, two were orange, one blue. not terrible, but not what i ordered, and it was explained there was an error with that and they shouldn't have been listed. ok, so fine.

second issue, more of a two-fold problem. one atomizer just wouldn't work, i'd made a post elsewhere about it, that the pinhole on it seemed to large and it just whistled when i tried using it. not really the fault of litecig, as they didn't "make" them. also a bad battery that wasn't working properly.

third issue, and i know someone else had this happen, one of the wall plugs was not US.

so, again, shawn's service was great, he was quick to reply and offer to take care of things. as i said, the LED lights were...annoying, but i could deal with that. i wanted green because i've had a difficult time finding them. and the non-US plug, he offered right away to send me an adapter, seems the supplier goofed. the atomizer and battery, also not a problem, he shipped me the US adapter and a new atomizer before i mailed back the bad battery and atomizer.

so, i fedex the battery and atomizer, and again, great service, as he'd already offered to replace the battery.

so i get the new battery today...and, well, it doesn't look new. sorry. it has gunk and tarnish or something down the side, and a crack in the paint as well, and...doesn't work. dead. won't blink, won't charge, won't do anything.

so, at this point i'm disappointed, especially since this was a replacement for a bad battery, and now i've received an even worse battery.

so...i guess i'm just calling this a loss.

i just feel personally if someone is fixing a problem...it would be noticed that there was something wrong with the replacement item.

i'm not going to fault them, again, i got great responses and quick responses, and quick shipping, and maybe this is an isolated incident, but it was enough for me.
