    Hello folks and welcome to today's review that is different from the usual pod devices. The Kumiho Thoth Q Pro Pod System is comprised of 3 components consisting of the POD - device - BATTERY PACK. The 1300mAh battery pack connects to the device using very STRONG MAGNETS as does the pod itself. It is possible to purchase a battery pack separately so you always have a fully charged device while the other battery pack is charging ( NO DOWN TIME ). There are 3 power modes to choose from and has adjustable wattage as well as airflow by way of a slider adjusting 3 airflow inlet holes. Auto draw and button activation are available with the ability to deactivate the button.

    FIRST IMPRESSIONS

    Packaging is what would be expected with a pod device, the device rest in a foam cutout with the pod attached. The user manual lays under the foam cutout.

    There is a plastic shipping sticker attached to the display screen for protection which I normally keep on as long as I can but removed it so the screen graphics were not distorted.

    The device has a lightweight feel but substantial enough to feel a solid build to it. Pulling the battery pack off took some effort and that's comforting to know it will stay intact when pocket carried.

    Attaching the battery pack again I was surprised by just how strong the magnets are, it was pulled out of my hand and attached itself from quite a distance.

    Placement of the airflow selector had me worried my hand would block it but it's placement on the device was fine having no blockage for me.

    A device like this mini box style being long and narrow fits very well in the hand. I wanted to see the juice port on the pod next and was happy to see a large oval hole that allows plenty of air to escape when filling preventing any mess from happening. I had to charge the device for a very short time as it arrives with a 97% charge, the 2a charging had it fully charge in about 5 min.

    Trying all 3 power modes I settled on the normal mode, all 3 modes performed well giving pretty good flavor. I also found that it needs about 40 vapes before the full flavor came through. The easy to see and read display screen is very bright and vivid with nice sized fonts that I had no problem seeing clearly.

    The animation is brief and has different effects with each of the 3 power modes. I also like the simple and easy to navigate menu system, once you arrive at the selection you chose simply long press that selection to activate it.

    * POWER MODE SELECTION - 2 Quick Presses Of The Power/Fire Button

    * WATTAGE ADJUSTMENT - 3 Quick Presses Of The Power/Fire Button

    * ON/OFF - PUFF CLEAR - BUTTON LOCK - 5 Quick Presses Of The Power/Fire Button

    FINAL IMPRESSIONS

    I really like the Kumiho Thoth Q Pro because it perform very well. Flavor also improves after the first pod fill, it needs to break in after the break in flavor improves very much.

    I would say that this is more of a MTL device rather than RDL but if you like a very tight RDL vape it might work for you. Airflow with 1 or 2 holes open is a semi tight MTL vape and that's how I like it, it's a pretty smooth airflow while being rather quiet also.

    If someone is transitioning from smoking to vaping this is a great device for them as well as a great device for the seasoned vaper. Being compatible with all Thoth pods and coils is a big plus because they produce great flavor. I highly recommend the Kumiho Thoth Q Pro 100%.

    I would like to thank Sue and Healthcabin for providing the Thoth Q Pro to me for my review and I wish to thank all of you that read my reviews.

    THANK YOU
