I would suggest just saying kuro coiler and removing the picture
I believe yes as this is not PV nor ejuice, just a rod. For cheaper alternatives just use daiso 2 dollar box of screwdrivers (nothing really fantastic with these and they can lead to frustration some times)

Keep in mind the more SPECIFICALLY you discuss about a brand gets discussed the more hisham knows and their data base would increase even further, i wont be surprised if coilers get confiscated too in the future.
Next time if you want to ask specific brands name just pm a veteran they would help if they can.

That said, the authorities in charge in SG are real ..... Whatever they say, is the law. Just a couple of days ago, I read on your part of the forum that a poster said his coiler got confiscated. So, I don't know, your call.
