I had a faulty boge clearo and instead of just tossing it I was futsing trying to make the thing work and my ego batt button lit up and stayed on. It is not fireing tho just the led is on solid. This is a regular 1300 mah vision ego batt. Batt has not died yet... I have tried pushing the button and screwing it into different clearos and the charger. Is my batt just screwed now? Should I take it apart? Or is this a safty feature that will go away after the batt dies and is charged back up? The botton is not stuck or anything.... the batt is not fireing and the led is solid on.

I imagine it's dead. I haven't done it myself yet but I've always heard that if you have a short on an ego you'll kill it. Hope it comes back to life, tho!
I killed it... sucks it is only 2 months old.
I would say with the cost of an eGo battery just toss it and get a new one but it seems you have plenty go backups.
