hi new to this forum but not vaping
i have the lambo v4.0 but dropped it a while ago and damaged the 510 threads they are getting worse daily only my aga t+ still fits so there it stays gently gently until the vamo arrives
i have also ordered a 510 ego style connecter with the idea that i can bond or maybe crush (slightly oval ) the lava tubes 510 connector then force the 510 ego style adapter in so i can still use it
next idea is the top cap could i replace with some thing ells from another mod ?
or looking inside the top cap the 510 connector looks like its a press fit but don't want to attack it just yet as its my only vv
any ideas ?
finally if it dies ill keep all the internals and try make a mod box or some thing :)

I did the 510 squeeze on my Vamo V1 and it's working until I can find a solution to the top cap but I took it apart to see how it was put together before I decided that soldering a new 510 wouldn't work.

If it were me I would wait for the Vamo, then pull the Lambo apart and see if you can simply replace the 510 connection.

I have a Lava Tube that has been through hell. I dropped it and damaged the threads like you did with your Lambo. What I did was to get a sealed 510-510 connector, lubed up all mating surfaces (threads included) with Noalox (any conductive grease will do) and epoxied the connector to the mod. That way I was not unscrewing it so the threads would not get worse from use. That was about 6 months ago.

After that the top cap split from a fall, the LT's 510 connector came loose because the top cap was split and the top cap came off the body of the LT. I epoxied it all back together. I always use 1 hour epoxy. This time I applied the epoxy liberally so it would reinforce the connectors. It's been working fine for a few months now. Here's a picture. The arrows are where the top cap is split. I think you can just see it. I use this puppy all the time at home thinking it will totally fall apart one day and I will have a good reason to replace it, but it's being really, really stubborn!

After doing some search here, I guess this is the thread to ask my question. If not, moderator, please move it to more appropriate topic)

Which clearomizers are best for l-rider lambo 4.0?

I'm not into APVs that much - eGo is good enough for me and the furthest I'd go with variable features is eGo Apollo VV. Like I said, good enough for me and for my visitors.

However, I got this as a reward for something I wrote. So, there's absolutely no way I'm going to sell it.

I'd like to try it, but CE5s I got with it don't seem to fit visually and I reckon that clearos with less resistance would provide a better experience, both vaping and visual. Which ones do you use with this battery or lavatubes in general? Let's suppose I can get anything from anywhere.

Thank you

Which clearomizers are best for l-rider lambo 4.0?

The same ones which are best for an eGo or a ProVari - whatever works for you!!!

The best clearomizer around at the moment, in my opinion, is the Kanger ProTank. You could also try a Vivi Nova - lots of people love them, too.

Why not start your own thread, Buggie - you'll probably get more replies that way.

JSquared and DJAMiller

I see you both agree on ProTank, so I'll check it out (checked:). Apollo has it, so I'm buying (21$ ...sigh.) Ok, I'm still buying:). How long do they last you?

I've got ViVi Nova Mini I use with my eGo VV-s, but I reckon I need something bigger for l-rider. And with metal drip-tip, too.

JSquared, I was thinking about starting a new thread too, but then I saw more l-rider threads with only 3-4 posts in it, so I suppose this is better and less messy.

Thank you both

any other ideas?
