You don't HAVE to use the atomizers that come with it and have the whistle drip tip. You can use any 510 atomizers. My favorites are LR bridgeless atomizers from kalamazoo vapor
shop or hotvapes, tho YOU may not want to get too low of a resistance because it can be tough on an ego batt, and some ppl have said their egos have failed due to using too low of a resistance atomizer. Just a caution but I have used LR in the past on ego clones with no prob, and my family has used these same LR atomizers on their egos with no prob, but just a warning. I love these bridgeless atomizers tho, they have great flavor and performance and can be used immediately, just drip 3-4 drops and
vape. I also recommend getting a drip shield (aka drip guard) and you can choose any 510 drip tips you like, tho if you are using a drip shield and you have a fat drip tip you won't be able to use the drip shield with it. But at least you can get away from the whistle tips!! I like to use just standard shaped aluminum drip tips with my atomizers - also the ribbon swirl drip tips are a good size and shape to use too on my atomizer with the drip shield.
For small and easy, I would say check out an ego mini or a sd key ring. Also if you start using your egos with these 510 atomizers or other 510 atomizers, I recommend a matching shorty cone to cover your
threads, it's just for looks tho really, not something you HAVE to have.
I have also found Joye 510 atomizers to be good too. Not bridgeless and needs a few puffs before it gets to it's full potential, once it gets there, they work great also.
