Anyone planning to buy batteries from Lighthound in the near future?

I wrote to them and asked "Would any of the lanyard rings fit something that's 2.8" circumference? (I think it's 21 mm diameter.) I want to put one under the endcap of a Chuck -- they're flashlight shaped." (And I gave him the link to the picture gallery.)

The shipping would be more than the item so I'm going to wait until I need batteries. (Code CPF gets a 2% discount.)

Gottem! That lighthound is flippen fast.
At first I thought dang, it's too big but once you tighten the cap, perfecto. I'll snap a picture latter tonight.
I need to get a big feathered roachclip for my smarkely chuck....oh memories....LOL!

Like I said, pics latter, I gotta head out back to the shop and figure out how to assemble this big lawnsweeper thing hubby had me get for his tractor. Really, I don't see it working well on collecting the two feet of grass that need mowing out west but it will be kick .... for all the leaves, we leave most of them down but some gotta go.
I don't know, this requires several sets of pliers, wrenches and stuff and I just cracked a beer....

lol seems like you may need a couple beers for this one. Glad to hear that the lanyard ring fits. I'm trying to figure a way that i can put a hinged switch cover on my chuck so i can have it in my pocket and not worry about it firing in there.

Hooray! I don't know why I didn't think of writing to him before. At the Candlepower forum they all say Lighthound has the best service. I wrote to him during the 3-day weekend and got a reply on Tuesday.

I have a lanyard I can wear around my neck which will be good for home (it's a good thing I didn't buy a black one. I misplace this one often enough.) But the one thing I really like about the Screwdriver is being able to tether it to my wrist when I'm walking around -- a little twitch and it's in your hand, ready to vape. So I need to buy a wrist-size lanyard or, if I have some pretty embroidery thread hanging around, I might make one.

Yep, mine is more decorative than anything, can't see a big chuck hanging about my neck except when hiking when it's my turn to lug the cooler....I need to find a coleman type backpack! LOL! If we ever have enough time to actually go play in our woods, haven't yet this spring and once again I missed the morel mushrooms! Maybe I'll get to find a giant puffball while it is still good eating but I think I'll miss those too. Wild rasberries should already be popping also....can't wait till I can actually live out there!

Yeup, I am the ratcheting, direction reading queen! I just assembled an agri-fab 44 inch lawn sweeper without dropping one F bomb.

Let me know if you find something, I've been trying to figure something out myself.

Other than a custom-fit decorative metal ring with a built on hinge cap, I don't know.

How about some sort of plastic dome attached to a ponytail holder. Pull the dome up and slide the whole thing out of the way when vaping, then drop it back in place when you want to pocket it. And I have no idea how to attach it to the plastic because a big, honking knot wouldn't work. (Although the really cheap elastics have a metal tube clamping the two sides together.)

You could even pick your color to match your Chuck.

ETA: Maybe attached to something like these hole liners. (They are expensive, however. 25 for $1.00.)
