Large diameter mouth piece for jumbo cartos/clearos (e.g. echomizer, visions, etc)

I'm not a huge fan of drip tips, and when using large carto/clearo I prefer to have a larger outlet for the vapor. At home I'll often just vape with the cap off.

Anyone make jumbo mouthpieces that will work to this end? Maybe something like a standard carto mouthpiece just larger?

I could just try and mod some of my drip tips to this end, but wanted to see if anyone makes something that'll fit the part first.

You can use that adapter with a normal carto endcap as well.
