As I have mentioned before, I am a sleepwalker. HIDE ALL THE WOMEN AND CHILDREN!!! I did go to a doctor who specializes in sleep disturbances, and he said, bottom line, there's nothing that can be done as I am already taking meds to help with that. Thanks alot. I digress..........I woke up in my bed, don't remember going there, and the tv was on. This was around 4:45 a.m. or 5:00 a.m. Husband was in the den asleep on his recliner. So, it's not unusual that I go to sleep watching tv. However, I had Pandora radio on, and one of my favorite Christian songs was playing. It's not just a click or two from my Roku remote to get on Pandora. At least my spirit was being fed! I haven't been back to sleep as yet, and I will shortly, but I'm still scratching my head over that one. Man, I'm talented!

Sleep walking is caused by a magnesium deficiency. I don't have time at the moment to explain, other than it cured 3 nephews' sleepwalking.

I am not a doctor, I'm merely stating what worked for family members :)
