My new Volcano Lavatube V2 sent a brief chill through me today. Battery needed changed and I tried putting three different fully charged 18650 batteries in it, and when I pushed the fire button the LED read Lo, but the voltage measured at 4.1. After fiddling around it's been working for about an hour with no problem, but what caused this and if it happens again what's the fix? I'd flip out if this happened away from home and I'd be stuck with it not working. Did it reset itself? Is this a red flag that bigger problems are ahead? Any help/advice would be appreciated.

I had a 3.3 ohm cartomzer in a tank. I'm using it now and it's still firing. I use an shorty 510 extender for the air holes it provides. Maybe everything just needs cleaned up? idk ... it was a rush when it happened tho.

You said you are using a shorty 510-510 connector, was it flush mount with the top???If it was and was touching the connection it shorted out.
